Just have two options, Retro and Now. And have them separate from the actual date.
No - Current and Past (or Current and Retro).

In a Picker that has .pickerStyle(.segmented). In the “Date” sub-section of the GratInfo section, just above the actual date.
When the user selects “Current” (or “Standard”?) the date becomes static text, or a drop-down of “Today”, “Tomorrow”, “Monday” … or whatever dates are available
When the user selects “Past” / “Retro”, they get a standard date picker
“Current” and “Historical”
